Between them cyclones Fame and Ivan have killed at least 96 people, left a further 148,000 without shelter, and damaged more than 225,000 hectares of agricultural land.
Non-profit organisations, the Red Cross, International Organisation for Migration, and the United Nations still have $30 million to raise of their $36.5 million needed to help the victims of cyclones, rain, and winds.
"The requirements are equivalent to $125 per affected person," the document said, adding a total 239,000 people had been hit.
