Ladies and gentlemen
I am heartened to see all the enthusiastic young faces that are helping to mould our country's socio-economic prosperity. I am also happy to witness the visible benefits that public-private partnerships confer to our nation's youth.
This year the Expo for Young Scientists celebrates its 25th birthday. The journey to this point has been long but clearly fruitful. The quality of the exhibitions here today speaks volumes about the capabilities of our country,
