In terms of section 60 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 (Act No. 57 of 1997), Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby publishes the regulations and the Form for application of grants in terms of Section 28(5), 29(5), 30(5) and 31(6) of the Act. The following regulations will be repealed with effect from 30 July 2010-
