Under section 20 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998), Sicelo Shiceka, Minister of Coopertive Governance and traditional Affairs, hereby determines formulae for the determination of the number of councillors as set out in the Schedule.
