By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 42 of the Liquor Act, 2003 (Act No. 59 of 2003), Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby publishes the following Regulations for the control of liquor trade and distribution during the 2010 Soccer World Cup, having consulted with the National Liquor Policy Council.
