The Chief Director: Institutional Oversight for the Department of Water Affairs declared that the Zanyokwe Irrigation Scheme is a Water User Association, and that the Association's name is the Masikahnye Water User Association which is situated in the Eastern Cape Province and falls under the Keiskamma to Mzimvubu Water Management Area No. 12 as set out in the schedule to the notice.
