Legal Update: Health Professions Act, 56 of 1947

The Minister of Health made regulations relating to the Qualifications for registration of Speech Therapists, Speech Therapists and Audiologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Acousticians as set out in the Schedule to the Notice. These regulations repeal the regulations published under GNR 104 of 16 January 1987. See Government Notice No. 618 of Government Gazette No. 34494 of 5 August 2011.

The Minister of Health published a notice amending regulations relating to the Performance of Community Service by Persons who intends to register in terms of the Health Professions Act as published under GNR 688 of 15 May 1998. See Government Notice No. 620 of Government Gazette No. 34494 of 5 August 2011.
