Minister in the Presidency, responsible for Women, Bathabile Dlamini will deliver a keynote address at a seminar on Landless women of South Africa: expropriation of land without compensation.
The seminar which takes place on Tuesday, 14 August 2018 is organized by the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) as an attempt to add the voices of women in the current debate of landlessness and expropriation of land without compensation.
