Lamy promises strong Doha-round focus

World Trade Organisation (WTO) DG candidate Pascal Lamy says the completion of Doha Development Agenda (DDA) will top his list of priorities should he be elected to head the Geneva-based body, suggesting that important organisational transformation will have to wait.
