I, THEMBINKOSI MKALIPI, Chief Director: Labour Relations, duly authorised thereto by the Minister of Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, extend the period fixed in Government Notices Nos. R. 687 of 21 July 2006, R. 591 of 22 July 2011 and R. 132 of 24 February 2012 by a further period ending 31 December 2013.
