I, IAN ANTHONY MACUN, Director: Collective Bargaining. duly authorised thereto by the Minister of Labour, hereby, in tenns of section 32(6XaXii) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notices Nos. R. 1502 of 17 Oetober 2003 and R. 710 of 4 July 2008 to be effective from the date of publication of this notice and for the period ending 31 May2017.
