By virtue of powers vested in me by section 5(1B) (c) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, (13 OF 2000) as amended, Mr Radhakrishna L Padayachie )(Roy), MP Minister of Communications hereby gives notification of appointment of Dr. M Socikwa as a councillor of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa for a period of four years with effect 1 April 2011.
