Section 5(1B) (c) of the Independent Communications Authority of the South Africa Act, (13 OF 2000) as amended, by GEN (RET) Siphiwe Nyanda, Minister of Communications hereby gives notification of appointment of Mr William Stucke as a councillor of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa for a period of four (4) years with effect from 1 November 2009.
