IFP Youth Brigade National Chairperson, and South Africa's youngest Member
of Parliament, Mkhuleko Hlengwa, MP, has on behalf of the IFPYB
congratulated the winner of Idols SA season 8 Khaya Mthethwa

"On behalf of the IFP Youth Brigade and all young South Africans I offer
congratulations of the highest order to Khaya. We wish him well as he
prepares to take his career to new heights," said Hlengwa

Programs and initiatives like Idols should be supported; "because they
unearth talent and give opportunities to young South Africans which
ordinarily are not readily available. It's not easy making a break in the
music industry," he said.

"Congratulations also go to Melissa, and all the other contestants that gave
of their best during the competition. We wish them all a well in their
careers," added Hlengwa.

"We hope Khaya's win will motivate other young South Africans to pursue
their dreams, hopes and aspirations. We encourage Khaya to be an ambassador
of hope and social goodwill," he concluded.
