On Friday the 28th September 2012 residents of George Goch hostel held a
meeting at room 25 trying to donate money for another community member who
died, while police officers who came and fire gun shots without asking any
questions. Clearly our Head of State in South Africa is now becoming a
sinking ship. One member of the community Mr Fihlokwabo Langa was gunned to
death while the other 2 fights for their lives in hospital Mr Zikude Langa
and Mr Muntuehleka Khanyile.

Not long ago a school boy was gunned and killed by a police officer at
Braamfisherville, in another incident 40 mining workers were also killed at
Marikana Mines. Hostels are the most common targets to the police officers
since the formation of the police officers who wear berets, residents are
being harassed and their personal belongings are stolen by the said police
officers in Hostels.
This reminds us of incidents before 1994 elections when ANC party was
calling for demolishing hostels in order to acquire more votes.
