The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice in terms of section 4(3)(b) of the ICASA Act No. 13 of 2000, as amended read with regulation 3(1) and 3(4) of the Regulations in respect of Limitation of Ownership and Control of Telecommunication Services, of its intention to conduct an audit of Individual Electronic Communications Network Services and Electronic Communications Services.
