The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice in terms of section 4(3)(b) of the ICASA Act No. 13 of 2000, read with item 9 (d) of the Standard Terms and Conditions for Individual Broadcasting Services and the respective licence terms and conditions, of its intentions to conduct an audit of individual sound and television licensees’ shareholding structure.
