I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education and Training, in terms of Section 47 (2) of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. I 0 I of 1997), publish the report of Adv. Frederick Mzawuvuke Sikhakhane, the Independent Assessor (appointed under Section 44 of the same Act) on the investigation conducted into the affairs of Vaal University ofTechnology, as set out in the Schedule.
