The Head of the Department of Transport hereby makes it known, in terms of section 27(3)(c) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), that the Minister of Transport has, in terms of section 27(3)(a) of the Act, determined the tariffs to be levied on the following roads:
