The Minister of Energy with the occurrence of the Minister of Finance have approved the budget and levies for the piped-gas industry in terms of section 2(4) of the Gas Regulator Levies Act (Act No. 75 of 2002) as proposed by the National Energy Regulator of South Africa for the 2012/13 financial year.
