SABC radio news reported that De Kock was due to testify yesterday in the Motherwell bombing hearing of former security policemen Gideon Nieuwoudt, Marthinus Ras and Wahl du Toit, but he apparently suffered from fatigue after travelling from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth and proceedings had to be postponed.
Nieuwoudt, Ras and Du Toit are applying for amnesty for their part in the car-bombing that killed policemen Glen Mgoduka, Desmond Mapipa and Amos Faku and askari, Charles Jack in 1989. – Sapa.
