Council of the Films and Publications Board, (herein after referred to as "FPB") hereby gives notice in terms of section 31(3)(b) and 4A(1)(g) ofthe Film and Publications Act, Act No 65 of 1996, as amended, (herein after referred to as 11the Act") of its intention to prescribe guidelines to be used in the classification of films, games and certain publications.
