"The granting of bail in the murder accused of Eugene Terre'Blanche, Chris Mahlangu, creates a security risk. Mahlangu will be able to interfere with other witnesses and will even be able to threaten them with murder. There are also a myriad of other cases where murder accused in farm murders have received bail and then commit farm murders again. The Freedom Front Plus therefore calls on the National Prosecuting Authority to appeal against the granting of bail," Mr. Pieter Groenewald, chief spokesperson on Police for the Freedom Front Plus says.
