The Freedom Front Plus has a data base of truck drivers who are at present unemployed due to affirmative action and who will be more than prepared to fill the vacant posts of striking truck drivers. In the light of the disconcerting tendency which the strike is adopting which could lead to the total depletion of fuel supplies at fuelling stations, the appointment of this list of disadvantaged drivers is the ideal solution for South Africa. “That is why the FF Plus is inviting the industry to contact the party and appoint these efficient people to ensure in this way that the supply lines for fuel at fuel stations are repaired,” Adv. Anton Alberts, the parliamentary spokesperson on Transport for the FF Plus said. “The FF Plus has always believed in win-win solutions and this is an opportunity to see justice be done to people who had been discriminated against due to their skin colour by giving them an opportunity to make a positive contribution to the country in a time of crisis.”
