I, Jeffery Thamsanqa Radebe, Minster of Justice and Constitutional Development, hereby givenotice in terms of section 2(3) ter of the Extradition Act, 1962 (Act No.67 of 1962), that the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa has on 5 November 2009 agreed to the ratification of the Extradition Treaty between the Republic of South Africa and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China as set out in the schedule.
