Membathisi Mphumzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, in terms of section 55 (1)of the Employment Equity Act, 1998 (Act No 55 of 1998), and on the advice of the Commission for Employment Equity, hereby repeals the regulations made in terms of the Employment Equity Act, Act 55 of 1998, regulations published in notice R841 in Government Gazette 29130 of 18 August 2006.
