Paris Mashile, Chairperson of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("ICASA") hereby confirms that the above regulations were approved by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa under section 4 read with section 38 of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005) and section 4 (3)(j) of the ICASA Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000).
