Dina Pule, Minister of Communications, hereby gives notice of intention to make Policy Directions to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) on Exploitation of the Digital Dividend Spectrum and Radio-Frequency Spectrum for Electronic Communications Services in the Schedule in terms of section 3(2) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005).
