The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") hereby publishes the Mobile Television Regulations made by the Authority in terms of sections 4(1)(d), 4(2)(b) and 31(3) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005). The Policy directive which was issued by the Minister of Communications in terms of section 3(1) and 3(2) of the Act and published under Government Notice 876 in Government Gazette 30309 of 17 September 2007 has been considered by the Authority.
