The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) hereby gives notice of its decision to suspend the review of the Consumer Advisory Panel Regulations (CAP) as published in Government Gazette 33577 in September 2010. The Authority deemed it necessary to suspend the review pending the inevitable amendment of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005).
