This report from the Fraser Institute's Economic Freedom Network, finds that the average level of economic freedom around the world dropped for the first time in decades in the wake of the global recession. The Network ranks Hong Kong as number one in terms of economic freedom, followed by Singapore and New Zealand. Zimbabwe once again has the lowest level of economic freedom of the 141 jurisdictions included in the study.
