The meeting, which opened before noon in Kinshasa, included Vice presidents Aboulaye Yerodia Ndombasi, Arthur Zahidi Ngoma, Jean-Pierre Bemba and Azarias Ruberwa.
The four were sworn in on July 17 as part of a peace deal that brings together representatives from the Kinshasa government, the political opposition and former rebel groups to lead the country toward its first free elections in over 40 years. – Sapa-AFP.
