Pravin Gordhan, Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that the National Treasury, in terms of section 36 of the Division of Revenue Act, 2011, (Act No. 6 of 2011), is granting an exemption to the Department of Transport (the transferring national officer), from complying with section 21(5) of the Division of Revenue Act, 2011.
