I, Gugile Nkwinti, Minister for Rural Development and Land Reform: (a) Hereby designate under section 2(1) of the Land Titles Adjustment Act, 1993 (Act No. 111 of 1993), the land defined in the schedule as land to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this Act; and (b) hereby direct in terms of section 5(7) of the Act, that the amount referred to in section 5(2) of the Act shall be defrayed in full from money appropriated by Parliament for this purpose.
