The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform hereby gives notice in terms of Rule 241 (1)(b) of the Rules of the National Assembly of Parliament that he intends to introduce the Deeds Registries Amendment Bill, 2009 in the National Assembly in 2010 and, in accordance with Rule 241(1)(c) of such Rules, publishes an explanatory summary of the Bill.
