The Democratic Alliance (DA) is deeply saddened at the news of former ANC MP David Dlali’s passing.
It has been reported this morning that he was murdered near his farm in Matatiele in the Eastern Cape. We are all shocked by the news of this senseless farm murder. On behalf of the DA, I would like to send our condolences to his family and his colleagues in the ANC and government.
He was respected by all during his time in Parliament and even though the DA had its disagreements with him, my colleagues inform me we could always count on vigorous debate with him. He will be missed and fondly remembered.
