The Democratic Alliance (DA) sends its deepest sympathies to the friends and families of the victims of last night's bomb attacks in Kampala, Uganda, which appear to have targeted crowds watching the World Cup final. This is an appalling incident which has left the entire continent shocked and saddened. We trust that the South African government will offer whatever assistance it can to the Ugandan authorities in bringing the perpetrators of this crime to book.
