Mpumalanga education MEC Reginah Mhaule must explain why scores of textbooks have been illegally dumped near Komatipoort.

This comes after the dumping and destruction of thousands of textbooks in Limpopo.

The MEC must explain where the textbooks came from, why they were dumped, and who was contracted to get rid of them.

Edusolutions is currently contracted as a textbook distributor in Mpumalanga. The MEC must explain the involvement of this company in this dumping incident.

MEC Mhaule needs to clarify whether EduSolutions, as contracted textbook distributor, is in any way, shape or form involved in this instance, and to reassure the public that Mpumalanga will not replicate the Limpopo education department's complicity in the tragic crisis of book-dumping.
