I welcome the decision by the ANC Youth League to close down Lembede Investment Holdings.

It was no doubt prompted by my laying of criminal charges in the wake of the findings of the Gobodo audit report.

These charges will continue to be investigated since nobody should be above the law even if ANCYL president Julius Malema claims that wrongdoing by Lembede will be exposed.
