It is hereby made known for general information and comment that consideration is being given, for purposes of the Counterfeit Goods Act 1997 (Act 37 of 1997), to the possible: (1) designation of the following warehouse facility as a counterfeit goods depot on a self-funding basis and (2) appointment of the under mentioned person in charge of the depot.
