COSATU in the North West is disappointed in the manner in which Sun City with the support of Sun International is protecting racism that is perpetuated by Falcon Security Company in Sun City.

COSATU and the Human Rights Commission visited one of the workers, Debra Dikeledi Danke, who resigned from Sun City in 2000 after she was accused of stealing R45 000.00 and later the charge was changed to stealing Jewelry amounting to R45 000.00.

The Worker was put through the Polygraph test which did not find anything against the worker. Later, the worker was assaulted by a white man who work for Falcon Security known as J Gouws and other three white racist Security Guards. This racist abuse against the worker started from 10am to 18H00. Later, she was put in a room with snakes by the Falcon Security officials.

This is how workers at Sun City under Sun International are faced with racism every day.

Falcon Security Company and 247 Security must know by now that COSATU in the North West has declared a war and will campaign against them in the whole Province.
The two Security Companies will be scraped in the whole Province, they do not belong to South Africa, and maybe they have a room in Zimbabwe.

COSATU has taken the matter to Equality Court and the Criminal Court.

The worker is still in bad condition due to the incident while the white racist security company is still making profits at Sun City after the racist brutal assault in 2000 on the poor Woman.

We are calling for Sun International and Sun City to stop protecting racists elements including the racist security Company.
