We congratulate the ANC alliance-led government and special thanks to the ANC President and State President of the republic of South Africa, on his decision to ensure that as he will be issuing orders for 2010 on 11 February, in his state of the nation address, the majority of our people will be able to watch and receive the orders live on their television sets and on radio.
We however condemn in the strongest possible terms, the likening of our people to a nation that is consumed in soapies and not serious about their own well being and future, by the UDM.
We understand that the UDM is not a serious role player in the struggle for the betterment of the living conditions of the majority, hence their paper support base has shrunk to near zero.
Come 2011 municipal elections, we will remind the masses of our people what the UDM takes them for : soapies.
We urge workers to honour the presidential address, by listening to and watching their TV sets and radios, together with their families, so that they are more empowered to engage with challenges we face moving forward.
