"(There are) Zimbabwe ministers at the AU social and labour commission irrespective of the fact that the AU knows that there is... legally no government today in Zimbabwe," Cosatu general secretary Zwelinzima Vavi said on Thursday.
He questioned why former government ministers were still calling themselves ministers.
He said that they had "illegally reconstituted themselves" as government and that they and Robert Mugabe were back on office continuing to rule even though the final official results of the March 29 election were not yet known.
