The Congress of South African Trade Unions Deputy General Secretary, Comrade Solly Phetoe is visiting North West today, 13th July 2016 at Rustenburg. During his visit, amongst others, he will be meeting law enforcement agencies after a body of a worker was dug in a shallow grave, during the construction of a road along the Rustenburg R24 Highway.
