It has pleased the Minister of Correctional services; in terms of Section 5 (1) of the Correctional Services Act, 1998 (Act No. 111 of 1998), to approve of the establishment of a Correctional Centre in Kimberley, in the Northern Cape Province, situated on Erf No. 33959, of the township Kimberley, Registration Division Kimberley Northern Cape Province, measuring 55.87 (fifty five point eight-seven) hectares in extent, held under Title Deed T 1135/2007 registered on 16 May 2007.
