The Congress of the People notes the statement issued by the COPE YM in the Western Cape.
The allegations contained in this statement are very serious and will be referred to the CWC.
It is unfortunate that the issues have been raised such an ill-considered, ill-disciplined and sensationalist manner.
The correct procedure to have been followed is for the YM to raise these issues with the PILG and certainly not to raise them in the press.
