Dr Rob Davies, Minister of the Department of Trade and Industry hereby revokes the deferment granted in March 2011 in relation to sections 1 to 7, sections 11 to 13, sections 15 to 52 and section 62 to 122 of the Consumer Protection Act to all small and medium capacity municipalities.
