Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby gives a notice in line with section 5(4) of the Consumer Protection Act, excepting the Collective Investment Schemes industry regulated under the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act No. 45 of 2002, the Pension Fund industry regulated under the pension Funds Act No. 24 of 1956 and the Securities Services industry regulated under the Securities Services Act No. 34 of 2004.
