The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) hereby gives notice to the Electronic Communications Services (ECS), Electronic Communications Network Services (ECNS), Broadcasting Licenses as well as Postal Services Licenses about the establishment of a Council Committee mandated to look into section 5 (3) of the Consumer Protection Act No. 66 of 2008 and advise Council accordingly.
