In terms of Regulation 169(1) of the Companies Regulations, 2011, under the Companies Act of 2008, the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission ("the Commission") hereby gives notice that all annual returns contemplated under Section 33(1) and (2) the Companies Act, must be filed electronically through the electronic completion and submission of Forms CoR 30.1 and 30.2 or 30.3, as made available on the Commission's website at www.cipc.co.za.
